NBC announces plans to employ skilled Nigerians

The Nigerian Bottling Company Limited (NBC) has commenced activities for the Coca-Cola Hellenic 2017 Management Trainee Programme. The programme is designed to select young talents to play key roles in the company’s future growth.
NBC’s Director, Human Resources, Mrs. Grace Omo-Lamai, said the programme was geared towards preparing the trainees to become high performing managers and ready to take on key roles within the company. “It will also provide the successful candidates a unique opportunity to gain professional training within a dynamic work environment characterised by diversity, inclusion and high-performance culture,” she said.
She said that in line with the Coca-Cola Hellenic core values of Excellence and Learning, successful candidates would undergo an intensive and comprehensive management programme, adding that only successful trainees who demonstrate high-performance mindset will be fast tracked into the Company’s leadership.
Speaking on the series of activities lined up for the programme, Omo-Lamai said participants were poised to experience an intellectually and technically rewarding session, stating that the programme have been structured to accommodate individuals located in designated parts of the country where the company plants are located.
She said NBC remains committed to supporting government’s drive in reducing the unemployment in the country hence the introduction of this programme. “With the scheme, it is certain that not only will employment rises but skills multiplied to address some other challenges affecting the country,” she said.
